INCLUDIS presented software solutions together with its sales partner Cobus Concept GmbH, GER-Rheda-Wiedenbrück at the K Show in Germany. Its target group includes national and international manufacturers of technical parts who want to achieve more transparency and efficiency of their production processes.

INCLUDIS.factory is a standard software solution which allows you to acquire and analyze production data. The 24/7 control of the production with automated process documentation offers a high process reliability.

In the production halls large-screen monitors can be installed, displaying the shop floor overview from a large distance.

Different colours indicate the machine state, e.g. red for machine stop and green for cycle time. Up-to-the-minute reports with O.E.E., scrap, production report and downtimes can be received via e-mail or SMS, or downloaded to a smartphone as a mobile web application.

Through the multiple-plant function domestic and foreign production facilities can be networked by the software solution.

The modules “production scheduler”, webbased “real-time production monitoring” and “statistical process control” provide a complete traceability of the worldwide production processes.
