INCLUDIS.mdc integrates machines and facilities into your existing IT-system environment. The web-based standard software solution establishes a direct online-connection to production. All relevant machine data are available to you in real time on the Intranet/Internet.
Status messages, energy consumption, quantities, run-time, and process values are recorded. According to the type of machine, integration takes place via existing interfaces and/or the Ethernet TCP/IP bus controller to which one or several machines are connected. Key production data and reports are automatically computed and are available to you at any time and in any place.
Manual input in production is recorded with mobile bar code scanners, pocket PCs or plain standard PCs. All entry components either can be wireless (WLAN) or can be connected with network cable
