INCLUDIS.energy: Energy monitoring – NEW 12/05

Manufacturing companies have the goal to produce more and more efficiently. Constant increasing energy costs are yet another challenge to reach the target.

With this assumption the company INCLUDIS has developed the software solution INCLUDIS.energy, which continuously monitors and evaluates the energy consumption in conformation to DIN EN 16001 and EEG § 41. This data allows you to analyse and find the saving potentials.

The purpose is to monitor and adjust energy intensive production processes by means of process and quality parameters to initiate reasonable measures to save energy. With the data analysis e.g. peak loads can be avoided and energy costs can be reduced significantly.

Starting with the set-up of an industrial field bus system the energy consumption of machines and equipment is monitored in real-time and is visualized by a standard web browser via the Internet/Intranet or by means of mobile devices.

The interpretation of the measurement data can be displayed by dashboard, journals, statistics and energy reports which according to requirement can be allocated to cost center and article and displayed by shift/day/week/month/quarter and year.
